Wealth Garden ("the App") is a personal finance tracking application developed by Lawrence Terracciano. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.
All of your financial data — including account balances, investment holdings, goals, debts, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to back it up via iCloud or iTunes, which is managed by Apple under their own privacy policies.
We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your personal financial information.
Yahoo Finance API. When you search for a stock, ETF, or other security by ticker symbol, or when you refresh a price, the App sends a query to the Yahoo Finance API to retrieve publicly available market data (security names, prices, and exchange information). These requests include the ticker symbol you searched for but do not include any personal or financial information about you. Yahoo may log these requests under their own privacy policy.
Currency exchange rates. To convert values between currencies, the App may request publicly available exchange-rate data from a third-party service. These requests contain only currency codes and do not include any personal or financial information about you.
The current version of the App does not collect analytics, crash reports, or usage data. In future versions, we may introduce anonymous, privacy-respecting analytics (such as aggregate usage patterns) to help us improve the App. If and when we do, this policy will be updated before any such data is collected, and you will be notified of the change. No analytics data will ever include your financial information, account balances, or investment details.
The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name or email address to use it.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Since your data is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to it.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete all App data by uninstalling the App from your device. No request to us is needed to access, modify, or delete your data.
